Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Linen Aura by JM Highridge Global handles order processing, shipping estimates, tracking, and delivery support.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within: 1–3 business days. Typical delivery estimate: 7-12 business days after dispatch for eligible destinations. 

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Processing may take longer during:

  • major promotions;
  • holiday periods;
  • unusually high order volumes;
  • supplier or warehouse delays;
  • address-verification checks;
  • events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Destinations

Available shipping destinations, delivery options, and rates will appear at checkout. If your region is not available at checkout, shipping may not currently be offered there.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates may vary based on product type, order weight, order value, destination, carrier, supplier, warehouse location, or fulfillment method.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders over US$100.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated transit times depend on the destination, selected shipping service and fulfilment location.

Typical estimates:

  • United States: [7-12] business days

These estimates begin after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email or through your order information. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a tracking number is issued.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

Orders Containing Multiple Items

Products may be fulfilled from different locations. As a result:

  • items may arrive in separate parcels;
  • tracking information may be issued separately;
  • parcels from the same order may arrive on different dates.

Only keep this section if split fulfilment is actually possible.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs charges, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local handling charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by JM Highridge Global.

We cannot control or predict charges imposed by customs authorities.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. JM Highridge Global may not be responsible for delays, failed delivery, returned packages, or lost orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address details entered at checkout.
