We want every customer to feel confident when shopping for linen clothing, resortwear, accessories, and home lifestyle pieces.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

How to Request a Return

Email support@jmhighridgeglobal.com with your full name, order number, checkout email, product name, reason for return, and clear photos where relevant.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on stock, supplier availability, size availability, and order status. If the requested replacement is not available, we may offer another reasonable solution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a clear explanation.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are worn, washed, used, altered, stained, scented, damaged, missing packaging, final sale, clearance, customized, or returned without approval may not be accepted.

Refund Timing

Once an approved return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are usually issued to the original payment method, subject to processing times.

Do not send any item back without contacting us first. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
